According to idealism, the material world is dependent on the mind and its perceptions. This philosophical viewpoint holds that reality, in its fundamental nature, is not composed of physical matter or objects but is instead a construct of the mind. There are various forms of idealism, but two major branches are: 1) Epistemological Idealism : This form of idealism emphasizes that the only things we can truly know are our own mental experiences or perceptions. It suggests that we can never be certain about the external world beyond our minds.
